Yoga, Qigong & Meditation Retreats

Located in Cala en Porter a small village just outside of the main town Mahon.

With a beautiful sandy beach nearby and a spectacular hidden cove with lots of caves &plenty of wildlife to explore!

The sea is so clean & clear, perfect for swimming & snorkelling.

This small retreat accommodating 7 people has a great deal to offer; Daily Qigong, Yoga & Meditation classes, juicing, breakfast, lunch, guided mindfulness walks & outdoor Qigong, Meditation.

Villa Serena Rosa

Our Villa has plenty of charm & character, beautifully laid out with natural serene surroundings and a cliff edge less than 1 minute walk away with spectacular sea views leading you on to a footpath with mesmerizing walks.

The villa has a large private pool & roof terrace with far reaching sea views, plenty of garden, aloe vera plants & fruit trees.

Classes will be held in the Villa or roof terrace (weather permitting).

Restaurants & shops are only a stroll away.

In your free time there are plenty of places to see & activities on offer;

Walk the "Cami de Cavals" a lovely country and coastal path, you can access it from our local beach a 10 minute walk away.

Mitjana a beautiful sandy beach only 20 minutes drive away that has no one in sight. Cova d'en Xoroi is open during our April retreat it is an amazing bar/cafe carved into the side of the cliff with spectacular sea views. Activities & excursions:

water sports, pre-historical ruins & horse riding.

Otherwise relax at the local beach only a 10 minute stroll away or take it easy and chill in a hammock with a book by the pool.

Included in the price: Accommodation, 2/3x daily classes, 2x guided mindfulness walks, juicing & raw food workshops, making herbal skin care remedy workshop, vegetarian breakfast & dinner, bottled water, tea & fruit to snack on through out the day.

You will receive a welcome email confirming your reservation with full details, a map to locate the villa & a client application form.

Please bring walking shoes, loose comfortable clothing, slippers/indoor shoes.

We provide Wifi, 2 towels, beach mat & yoga mats etc. Washing machine is available to use at an extra cost of €4.

At Yoga retreat holidays you have the space to just be!

The schedule may vary day by day.

On a week retreat there will be one free day to explore the island, (no classes or meals will be provided on this day off).

In your free time there are plenty of activities on offer and beautiful coastal/country walks & sandy beaches nearby.

Otherwise indulge in one of our many massage treatments on offer or relax with a heart felt book in a hammock by the pool.

8-9:30am Sunrise Qigong warm up & dynamic Hatha flow yoga

9:30-10:30am Juicing & nutritious vegetarian breakfast

10:30-1:30pm Mindfulness walks/outdoor Qigong-Meditation/workshops

1:30-5pm Free time/massages (lunch not included)

5-6:30pm Sunset restorative Yin yoga/Partner yoga

6:30-8:30pm Nutritious wholesome vegetarian dinner

8:30-9pm Yoga Nidra deep sleep Meditation/Chanting/Chakra cleansing

Villa Serena Rosa is a 15 minute drive away from Mahon Aiport,

there is a taxi stand outside the aiport and will cost around €20 including extra luggage weight.

The cost of car hire is very reasonable off season so it would be worth while if you plan to travel around the Island in your free time as taxis can be expensive. Otherwise there are busses running twice a day from Cala en Porter village in to the main town Mahon where you can get other connections.
